Before the Seller accepts the order and the status is ‘Pending Seller Acceptance’, you may cancel the order on the View Order page and receive a refund* within 10 days.
If the order status is ‘Queued’, you may submit a cancellation request to the Resolution Centre, stating the reasons why the service rendered by the Seller is unsatisfactory. The Gigworks team will evaluate the request and mediate between you and the Seller. A partial refund will be given once all three parties come to a consensus.
*In accordance with Stripe and PayPal policies, we regret to inform you that Gigworks guarantee fees which cover administrative fees and payment processing fees from the original transaction are unable to be refunded.
