We assure a refund* if your freelancer fails to correctly deliver the final work. Our support team will further investigate the job quotations and chat history between you and your freelancer judiciously to determine if any of the engagement terms have been violated.

Refund Application

Before the Seller changes order status to ‘In-progress’, you may cancel the order in the View Order page and receive a full refund within 14 days.

If order status is ‘In-progress’, you may submit a cancellation request to the Resolution Centre, stating the reasons why the service rendered by the Seller is unsatisfactory. The Gigworks team will evaluate the request and mediate between you and the Seller. Full refund will be given once all three parties come to a consensus.
